This research capability supports a significant domestic and international distribution capability and allows us to ensure our clients have a balanced and supportive share register.
The success of our approach can be seen in the Wilson HTM Priority Growth Fund which invests only in companies recommended by Wilson HTM Research and/or Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Capital Raisings, limited to a maximum of 5% of any chosen Capital Raising.
The Corporate Finance team provides mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets services to listed, and unlisted, Australian growth companies.
