Mr Steven Wilson was appointed Executive Chairman of the Company in 2004. He has 29 years of professional investment experience, including four years with Cazenove & Co. in London. He has been with the Company and its predecessor entities since 1984 in a number of senior positions including Head of Research, Institutional Sales, Corporate Finance, Investment Management and Managing Director.

He has previously served as a Director on the Boards of Telstra Corporation, Tourism Queensland and The Council of Queensland University of Technology.
