Prosper Programme FAQ's
Do I need to be an Australian resident to apply?
Yes. To be eligible you must be an Australian resident.
How many candidates will you recruit?
Currently up to four (4) candidates are chosen for the Prosper Programme each year.
Does Wilson HTM Investment Group help financially when travelling to an interview?
We do not provide assistance to attend interviews except when we cannot accommodate you in your capital city.
If I'm selected, when will I start work?
Employment with the Wilson HTM Investment Group Prosper Programme commences in January of each year although you will need to be available between August and November for interviews and testing.
Does Wilson HTM Investment Group assist candidates relocating to another city for a role?
Yes we do. If you've been offered a role that requires you to move to another city, we will provide financial assistance to help you relocate. We have a relocation policy that we'll give successful graduates who need to relocate.When can I apply, and what do I need?
Applications open at the end of July each year. Have your résumé, academic transcript, and a cover letter ready. You'll need them to complete the online application form. Keep your answers short and to the point.
Will the salary be competitive?
Each year, we review salaries against the marketplace to ensure that employees are paid a competitive salary. We also offer a range other lifestyle benefits, such as the staff social club, health insurance plan etc.

What will happen after I have completed the 1-year programme?
Once the programme participants have completed the Prosper Programme, you will compete for permanent full time employment with your preferred business unit.
