About The Prosper Programme

The objective of the programme is to develop talented post graduates into Financial Professionals who;

 

  • Think and act strategically, contributing to Wilson HTM’s long-term goals;
  • Embrace Wilson HTM’s high standard of Ethical Business Conduct and the Wilson HTM Values whilst delivering outstanding results to our clients;
  • Lead by example and contribute to the long term success of the business;
  • Embrace challenges and create solutions with positive energy and enthusiasm; and
  • Exhibit excellent client servicing & relationship building skills.

 

Our Prosper Programme is centred around investment management, capital markets and business services. The programme is run over a 1 year period after which you will apply for employment in your chosen discipline.  During the programme you will gain experience through assignment rotations and have the opportunity to take advantage of various learning and development opportunities.

Wilson HTM seeks talented, self-motivated, ambitious post graduates who meet the following criteria:

 

  • Willing to be based at our head office in Brisbane;
  • Have approximately two years work experience;
  • Relevant University degree (Post graduate qualifications are highly regarded) Examples;
    • Bachelor of Commerce
    • Bachelor of Economics
    • Bachelor of Business
    • Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Commitment to excellence; and
  • Demonstrated passion for financial markets.

 

Summer Vacation Programme

Wilson HTM Investment Group also offers university undergraduates (in their penultimate year) the opportunity to work with us during the first 4 weeks of their university summer vacation. The Summer Vacation Programme is an excellent opportunity to gain a better understanding of, and the career opportunities that exist with, Wilson HTM Investment Group. Advertising takes place on campus, through Town and Gown events, networking and an employee referral programme.
