Strategic sponsorships
WIG sponsors charities which are important to employees, clients and their families.
This approach reflects a core WIG doctrine; supporting good ideas based on solid research and helping them to grow. We actively seek entities which are at “start up” stage, are entrepreneurial, sometimes risky and tackle “hard” issues. Key focus areas include social services, child welfare, medical research and education.
Offering a mix of profile, hospitality, business development, collaboration and employee participation, they include:

In support of the company’s regional offices the firm also regularly supports local fundraising events and community groups including Rotary, Zonta and the Lions Club.
The company pays team entry and / or individual registration fees for participation in charity fundraising activities. Through this we help employees engage with the wider community, and support those who give help, advice and support to others.
