Adviser Development Programme
The Adviser Development Programme involves both on the job learning with the support of an experienced mentor, and classroom modules to give each participant a depth of understanding of all facets of the business and their role. The objective of this programme is to develop talented professionals into Financial and/or Investment Advisers.
Prosper Programme - Now Closed, Applications will re-open in Q1 2013
Our post graduate development programme is centred around investment management and capital markets. The programme is run over a 1 year period after which participants apply for employment in their chosen discipline in line with the business need. During the programme participants gain experience through assignment rotations and have the opportunity to take advantage of various learning and development opportunities.
